Through a wide range of programs and services, the division helps students navigate challenges, build meaningful connections, and develop the skills they need to succeed during college and beyond. Within the division, the Office of Student Care & Wellbeing plays a central role in promoting student wellness and success.

The office supports students experiencing personal, academic, medical, financial, or behavioral challenges. It also provides outreach when students come to the attention of the campus community due to concerns such as basic needs insecurity, health issues, family crises, or other disruptions to their wellbeing. Staff assist students in navigating campus systems, advocating for themselves, such as requesting a leave of absence or communicating with faculty, and connecting with both on-campus services and community resources.

The Associate Director will also lead training initiatives that strengthen the institution's capacity to promote student wellbeing and success.
