Join to apply for the Engineering for Kids STEM Teacher/Manager role at Engineering for Kids - Phoenix Metro.

Kids ages 4–14 are introduced to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) education through after‑school programs, classes, camps, workshops, and special events. We inspire children to build on their natural curiosity by teaching engineering concepts through hands‑on learning.

Our programs encourage problem solving, critical thinking, and peer collaboration, which increase STEM literacy.

We offer three levels of curriculum:

  • Junior Engineers (ages 4–6)
  • Apprentice Engineers (ages 7–11)
  • Master Engineers (ages 12–14)

We are dedicated to constant innovation of our programs, lesson plans, and teaching resources.

Our Goal

To hire teachers like you and be part of this great team to help students learn science, engineering and technology concepts through hands‑on challenges such as battling robots, building rockets, and programming their own video games. We offer around 500 classes that range from aerospace engineering to marine sciences to electronics. It’s fun, and our students love and want to keep coming back to work on more projects.
