Recruitment / Marketing Coordinator

About Hyde Leadership Charter School

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Review, support and implement the marketing plan

• Create and distribute marketing materials, ads, and mailings to local neighborhoods, community centers, daycares, etc.

• Represent the schools at student and staff recruitment fairs

• Plan, prepare for, and conduct open houses

• Participates in the development of student recruitment and retention plans, strategies, and written materials.

• Continuously assess student application, enrollment conversion, and attrition data trends to inform school enrollment targets and regularly report out key data to various key stakeholders

• Generate monthly updates for the company’s leadership about upcoming recruitment marketing initiatives

• Communicate regularly with the Human Resources department to get a clear view of the company’s hiring needs and organizational goals

• Work closely with the Human Resources department to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges

• Research marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry

• Manage the staff interview process

• Collaborate with school operations team members to manage the student application, lottery and waitlist management platform

• Gather and prepare student enrollment information and paperwork (parent handbook, presentation)

• Maintain the school’s waiting list for admission and enrolls new students in compliance with the charter law and other

• Plan student enrollment process, i.e. orientation, interviews, open houses

• Create and conduct post-enrollment parent engagement plans

• Prepares reports, and proposals, and responds to inquiries from students and

• Ensures compliance with student confidentiality laws

• Provide support to ensure that all new employees receive the proper onboarding materials

Requirements

• Attend the annual Hyde 101 Training

• Demonstrated success working in an urban school setting

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
