We’re seeking a
passionate, Montessori-trained Lead Teacher
to join our team and guide our youngest students through these foundational years with care, creativity, and respect.

As our
Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher
, you will:

Lead with heart and purpose
, creating a warm, safe, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment where each child feels valued and seen.

Design and implement a Montessori-inspired curriculum
, aligned with our school philosophy and Parent Handbook, to foster holistic growth—social, emotional, cognitive, and physical.

Build strong, trusting partnerships with families
, offering consistent communication and thoughtful updates on their child’s progress.

Collaborate with fellow educators and school leaders
, contributing ideas, sharing insights, and supporting a cohesive and joyful school community.

Model professionalism and consistency
, following all school policies and maintaining the high standards of care and excellence that define Elite Minds Montessori.

Engage in community life
, participating in events like Open Houses, Movie Nights, and Family Picnics that connect our families and staff.

Join our weekly staff meetings
every Wednesday morning at 8:00 AM to collaborate, grow, and align as a team.

Montessori Certification (Infant/Toddler level preferred)

Experience working with children ages 3 monthsto 2 years

A nurturing spirit, keen observation skills, and a calm, respectful presence

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

A genuine love for the Montessori philosophy and a commitment to lifelong learning
