The Department of Nursing at Kingsborough Community College invites applications for adjunct teaching positions at the Adjunct Lecturer, Adjunct Assistant, Adjunct Associate, and Adjunct Professor levels for the remainder of the 2025‑2026 academic year.

• Candidates will teach undergraduate courses in Nursing (Fundamental, Medical‑Surgical, Psychiatric, and Maternal‑Child).
• Performs teaching, research, and guidance duties in area(s) of expertise.
• Shares responsibility for committee and department assignments, including administrative, supervisory, and other functions.

• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• A minimum of 5 years clinical experience is required.
• For Adjunct Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor:
  Ph.D. degree in area(s) of experience or equivalent; ability to teach successfully; cooperation with others for the good of the institution.
• For Adjunct Lecturer:
  Bachelor's degree in area(s) of expertise; ability to teach successfully; cooperation with others for the good of the institution.

Compensation

• Adjunct Lecturer: $100.41 – $107.79 per hour
• Adjunct Assistant Professor: $109.54 – $116.56 per hour
• Adjunct Associate Professor: $118.66 – $129.75 per hour
• Adjunct Professor: $123.23 – $142.94 per hour
