$65,000.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr

• Own vehicle and clean driver's license.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions on topics including SAP and other company‑specific programs, in both English and Spanish.

• Experience with virtual training platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Web Ex).
• Familiarity with instructional design principles.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

The Training and Development Specialist is responsible for delivering engaging and effective training programs to employees, ensuring they gain the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles.

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions on various topics, including SAP and other company‑specific programs, in both English and Spanish.
• Use a variety of instructional techniques such as group discussions, hands‑on activities, role‑playing, case studies, and multimedia to engage learners.
• Adjust delivery styles and content to accommodate different learning styles and audience needs.

• Review and familiarize yourself with training materials before each session.
• Set up training spaces with necessary materials, technology, and equipment prior to sessions.
• Prepare assessments, quizzes, or activities to reinforce key learning points and evaluate participant understanding.

• Create a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment that encourages participation, open dialogue, and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor participant engagement and adjust the pace or delivery of content as necessary.
• Provide one‑on‑one assistance to learners as needed during or after sessions.

• Collect feedback from participants at the end of each training session to gauge effectiveness.
• Evaluate participant performance through assessments, surveys, and follow‑up conversations.
• Report training feedback and outcomes to the Training and Instructional Design Manager with recommendations for improvement.

• Assist in development and maintenance of training materials, guides, and resources for ongoing learning.
• Ensure all training materials are updated, relevant, accessible, and aligned with latest industry trends or organizational needs.

• Collaborate with the Training Manager and team members to continuously improve training programs.
• Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for improvement.
• Stay updated on best practices in training facilitation, learning methodologies, and new technologies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: Experience delivering both in‑person and virtual training to diverse groups of employees.
