The ECS coach develops teachers in one of our elementary or middle schools, focusing on 1 content area 2–3 times per week. The role requires in‑school presence at a minimum of 2 days per week (approximately 3 hours per day) and a record of strong instructional coaching and student achievement.

• Lead planning meetings with teachers.
• Model instructional practices for teachers.
• Provide weekly feedback to the Chief Academic Officer.
• Be available on site at schools as scheduled.

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience developing teachers; 10 + years of classroom teaching experience.

• Part‑time position with hourly rate of $125.00.
