OE&S Youth Leadership Council:
Climate Action Planning Event
The Youth Leadership Council – a group of high school student climate leaders from across NYC – are co-leading the Climate Action Planning Event, in collaboration with the Office of Energy & Sustainability.
Students on your team will have the opportunity to:
- Network with organizations working on climate solutions
- Participate in a book and formal wear clothing swap
- Learn about environmental justice in NYC
- Meet other students who are passionate about sustainability
At the end of the event, student teams will take what they've learned and create a climate action plan for their school and/or their community.
