Head Teacher – 2s Classroom | New York, NY

Compensation: $23–$29.40 per hour (based on education and experience)

• Lead your classroom with creativity, warmth, and purpose.
• Design and implement inquiry‑based curriculum that inspires discovery and supports developmental milestones.
• Foster children’s social, emotional, and academic growth through play, conversation, and connection.
• Build meaningful relationships with families and communicate regularly about progress and milestones.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and well‑organized learning environment.

• 3–5 years of experience as a lead or head teacher.
• Early Childhood Certification (N‑6 or B‑2) preferred, or willing to work toward certification via a study plan.
• Passion for working with young children and a belief that every child is capable, curious, and full of potential.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Fully vaccinated against COVID‑19.
