Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Marketing Manager to work for our leading global tech client. This role is working hybrid in New York, NY. In this position, you will work closely with sales, global marketing, startup marketing, executive marketing and product marketing to orchestrate go-to-market campaigns within the Startup account segment across North America.

Pay: $68.00/hr.

- $75.00/hr.

Duration: 6 months - contract with possible extensions

Schedule:

M–F, regular business hours

Location: Hybrid in New York City

Responsibilities:

• Drive demand within the North Am Startup segment through digital and physical programming
• Drive data-driven decision making and action plans by understanding performance, trends, issues, gaps and solutions. Forecast, measure, analyze and report the impact of demand creation programs and campaigns

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 Years of marketing experience.
• Experience with building and executing global creative and measurable campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to use insights and data to inform strategies, improve results and drive innovative thinking.
• Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles with outstanding execution, problem-solving skills and creativity with a tolerance for ambiguity and ability to operate in a high-growth, high-velocity organization.
• Strong organizational skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to keep track of both the high-level progress and small details.
• Demonstrated capability to plan, organize and coordinate across multiple partners and stakeholders to achieve successful, sustainable business results.
