Ducky Pond Christian Pre-School Serving Children Ages 2-4

Ducky Pond Pre‑School is seeking two loving, faith‑filled Preschool Teachers to join our ministry team. We are a Christ‑centered early childhood program dedicated to nurturing young children spiritually, emotionally, academically, and socially.

At Ducky Pond, our mission is to provide a warm, joyful, and Christ‑honoring environment where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. We incorporate Christian values into our daily routines, interactions, and lessons, creating a foundation of kindness, grace, and respect.

The ideal candidates will have experience working with young children and a heart for serving in a Christian educational setting. Applicants should be able to create a safe, caring, developmentally appropriate classroom environment while modeling Christ‑like love and patience.

• Teaching experience is preferred, but a formal teaching certificate is not required.
• Must be able to support the Christian mission and values of our preschool.

• Monday‑Friday, 9:00AM
  -12:30 PM
• September through June
• Closed July, August, and all school holidays

This is a wonderful opportunity for stay‑at‑home moms or anyone called to serve in a part‑time ministry role. (Applicants must be 21 or older.)
