Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - School-Based Position

Location: Massapequa, Long Island, NY | Nassau County

Compensation: $25.00-$32.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time or Part-time | Follows the full school-day schedule (coverage roles available)

Setting: Public and private school environments (elementary, middle, and high school)

• Provide individualized ABA therapy and behavioral support throughout the school day under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill‑acquisition programs as written
• Collect accurate and timely data on student behavior and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors to support student success
• Maintain documentation in accordance with school, district, and insurance requirements
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (required)
• Prior school-based or special education experience (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Ability to work a full school-day schedule or flexible coverage hours
• Reliable transportation to assigned school sites
