Sunshine Learning Center – Certified Teacher (3K/UPK)

We provide high‑quality care and education for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old across our Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Bronx locations. The role requires enthusiasm, preparation, and a commitment to child development.

$60,000.00–$75,000.00 per year.

• Foster a learning environment that stimulates child growth and development.
• Ensure a clean and healthy classroom atmosphere.
• Create and develop strong parent and child relationships.
• Maintain communication with parents.
• Complete student observations, assessments, and daily documentation.
• Attend professionally scheduled development and staff training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Health regulations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of units of study/exploration standards and planning areas.
• Exhibit articulate, reliable, and professional demeanor.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in early childhood education.
• New York State Teaching Certificate Birth‑2nd.
• Preferred: 2+ years experience in a classroom setting.
• Preferred:
  Experience in a 3‑4 year‑old classroom.

Work Schedule:
