Job qualifications:

Have a love for children.
Excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, etc.).

Encourage children to interact and resolve occasional conflict.

Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers, colors, crafts, etc.).

Organize nap and lunch/snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are always safe.

Track children’s progress.

Communicate with parents regularly.

Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.

We require:

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, and state certification.
A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and five years' experience in a licensed early childhood center.
Proof of current and active enrollment in an accredited Associate’s or Bachelor's degree program in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
