Position: Senior B2B Writer (Lead)
Location: New York

📍 Remote | Full-Time | Exempt | $100,000 – $115,000

The opportunity

Unreal Digital is seeking a Senior Writer: a high-level strategist and principal creator to own the creative lifecycle of complex, multi-asset B2B campaigns. We embrace an AI‑amplified, human‑engineered methodology that keeps our creators in control of their own output. You will use generative tools to accelerate research, synthesize data, and build custom agents while maintaining responsibility for the highest level of B2B excellence.

Key

responsibilities
  • Content creation: Write and revise high-quality short- and long-form B2B marketing content across all client needs.
  • Creative ownership: Act as the strategic peer to Client Services, taking full responsibility for the creative health and "ownership" of specific client relationships.
  • Strategic architecture: Build campaign-wide messaging frameworks that align with client business goals and agency growth.
  • AI innovation: Integrate tools like ChatGPT and Gemini into the workflow for competitive analysis, value prop testing, and agent development.
  • Quality governance: Serve as the final authority on technical accuracy and strategic soundness with high day-to-day independence.
What You Bring
  • Experience: 10+ years in B2B tech/SAAS OR 5–7 years with a proven track record of AI-driven innovation.
  • B2B Mastery: Expert at translating complex technical jargon into compelling business value for the buying committee.
  • AI Fluency: Beyond prompting; building custom GPTs and automating workflows.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio that showcases "big-picture" campaign thinking and high-quality long-form and short-form B2B assets such as:
  • White papers, eBooks, and case studies
  • Blogs, web pages, and interactive content
  • Sales enablement assets (solution briefs, sales guides, pitch decks)
  • Video scripts, email campaigns, social posts, and digital ads
