Pay Range
: $140,000 - $165,000 annually (actual pay determined by skills and experience).

• School Building Leadership certification (required).
• Master’s degree in Education Leadership or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of previous leadership experience (Assistant Principal, Dean, Grade Level Leader, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years of successful teaching experience.
• Track record of accomplishment and achievement related to staff and student growth and performance.
• Experience with and commitment to improving the quality of urban education for historically underserved scholars.

• Support instructional and school culture leadership.
• Collaborate and foster professional relationships within the school community.
• Pursue relentless excellence in student achievement, conduct, daily classroom instruction, and community engagement.
• Maintain and exemplify a culture of high expectations and accountability for scholars and staff.
• Assist in developing and administering discipline, conduct, and attendance policies.
• Help faculty develop effective classroom instruction and management.
• Assist in curriculum development to meet student needs.
• Prepare required reports and paperwork (discipline, suspension, expulsion, discrimination complaints, injury reports, parent communications).
• Assist in selecting and developing teaching and other staff.
• Supervise and evaluate certified, paraprofessional, and support staff as assigned.
• Assist in supervising special events including after‑school programs, Saturday academy, athletics.
• Assist in the care and management of building, grounds, furniture, equipment, books, and supplies.

• Starting salary: $150,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
