About the Job

We’re looking for in-person tutors to provide ELA (literacy) support to middle school students on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

• Competitive Pay: $25‑$27 per hour in in‑person programs, plus a program completion bonus of up to 10% of your total earnings.

• Provide one‑on‑one and small group tutoring in core subjects such as Math, Reading, Writing, Literacy, and exam prep.
• Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to develop engaging, personalized learning strategies that help students thrive, while bridging language gaps.
• Assist students to meet academic goals and support their personal growth.

• Passion for Learning: committed to supporting academic and personal success for underserved and bilingual students.
• Strong Academics: degree‑seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
• Committed and Flexible: available to work 10‑35 hours per week at an assigned school and participate in monthly training.
