By assisting on this project, you’ll contribute to a mission-driven organization that plays a critical role in shaping the future of the legal profession.
They will be launching their beta assessment in several locations where we will need a number of proctors.
This role has been created to support the beta launch of a new exam delivery platform. During this critical phase, we will be delivering exams to several hundred test-takers, and additional technical expertise is needed to ensure a smooth, secure, and reliable testing experience.

Jan 9-10 Florida University of Miami
Jan 8-10 Massachusetts Suffolk Law
Jan 9-10 Massachusetts UMASS Law
Jan 9-10 New York Fordham
Jan 9-10 Texas SMU Dallas
Timeline:
- 9 hours of testing (standard candidates)
o January 9: 9:00 AM – 12:10 PM, 80-minute lunch, 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
o January 10: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Extended time accommodated candidates will begin on January 8th, number of technical proctors for this day is TBD - Pre-Beta:
o ITS training course (around 3 hours)
o Potential for initial kickoff & briefing call(s) – approximately 1-2 hours – with their ITS Technical Lead and the other technical proctors - During Beta:
o Arrive at 7:30am, testing begins promptly at 9am both days of testing
o Leave after all candidates are finished testing and checked-out – approximately 5pm on day 1 and 2:00 pm on day 2 - Post-Beta:
o Potential for a debrief call or survey to share experience and learnings
Reimbursements - To avoid the need to cover travel costs and stays, we would prefer that technical proctors are within a commutable distance to their assigned location
- We will provide a reasonable per diem for parking and lunch ($35/day)
