What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized tutoring in reading, literacy, and academic support
• Work with students with IEPs and learning disabilities
• Reinforce classroom instruction and help students meet academic goals
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to tailor learning strategies
• Track student progress and contribute to educational planning

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with students with disabilities or in special education
• Strong background in literacy and reading instruction
• Patience, empathy, and a student-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (education-related field preferred)
