Student Success Coach – 2 Hour Learning – $150,000/year USD

Join Crossover as a Student Success Coach for a six‑month engagement at a partner campus in Spotswood, NJ. You will model AI‑driven, personalized learning and coach both students and instructional staff through real‑time practice.

USD 75.00/hr (equivalent to $150,000/year for a 40‑hour week, 50 weeks). Immediate health coverage, HSA/FSA, and 401(k) Roth.

• Observe instructional staff and support personnel while demonstrating 2 Hour Learning protocols, providing coaching through one‑on‑one or small‑group sessions.
• Work with students in small‑group or individual settings to track progress via digital learning platforms, cultivate goal‑setting skills, and model effective practices for the broader team.
• Facilitate engaging life‑skills workshops that captivate students and serve as exemplar sessions for observing staff.
• Analyze student performance data to refine coaching strategies and confirm academic benchmarks are achieved.
• Conduct post‑observation and post‑workshop debriefs with staff to solidify best practices and address inquiries.

• Authorized to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Available to work on‑site at the Spotswood, NJ location through June 2026 (temporary relocation acceptable).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in education, coaching, or related sector serving youth or adults.
• Minimum 1 year of experience training or coaching adults (educators, support staff, coaches) with proven modeling and feedback capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience working with children ages 5‑14 in educational or youth development settings.
