What Success Looks Like
  • Provide overarching admissions strategies and individualized plans for students, leading the Crimson team.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of curricula, extracurriculars, summer programs, and standardized test planning.
  • Guide students and parents to attainable school goals and best‑fit schools.
  • Conduct formal consulting sessions bi‑monthly, documenting notes and action items.
  • Communicate with students and families between sessions via email and other channels.
  • Facilitate or lead marketing materials for seminars or local market expos.
  • Collaborate with local sales teams to support client investment.
  • Assist with product and resource development initiatives.
What Skills And Experience You’ll Need
  • Graduated from a Top 30 US University;
    Ivy League strongly preferred.
  • At least 3 years of 1:1 undergraduate admissions consulting with 40+ students.
  • Deep industry knowledge of admissions consulting and the US university landscape.
  • Passion for coaching young adults and appreciation of global perspectives.
  • Superior planning and organisational skills; experience in project management, event coordination, or product management is a plus.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Resilience when working independently under pressure.
