Leave Replacement Teacher of Science, Grades 7-8 (March 13 - June 11, 2026)

Trinity School, a co‑educational, K‑12 institution located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, seeks a Leave Replacement Middle School Teacher of Science for grades 7 and 8 beginning March 13, 2026 through June 11, 2026.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a science discipline, science education, or related fields. The successful candidate would join another teacher responsible for teaching the seventh and eighth grades (with a curriculum focusing primarily on biology, ecology, and chemistry). The position will also include advising a group of 8‑10 students, additional supervisory duties, and attending grade‑level and faculty meetings.

• Responsibilities:
• Teach the seventh and eighth grade science curriculum focusing on biology, ecology, and chemistry.
• Advise a group of 8‑10 students.
• Perform additional supervisory duties.

Salary range: $72,200 – $171,200 (pro-rated salary based upon experience)
