Unity Prep Charter School of Brooklyn is a tuition-free, independent public charter school serving grades 6-12. We provide a rigorous liberal arts and sciences education, preparing students for success in college and beyond.

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Middle School Spring Volleyball Coach to lead our middle school team. The coach will develop athletes' skills, foster teamwork, and promote a culture of discipline, sportsmanship, and academic success.

• Recruit, train, and develop student-athletes to compete in interscholastic track and field competitions.
• Plan and lead structured practices focusing on skill development, conditioning, and strategy.
• Assess athletes' abilities, assign positions, and determine meet lineups.
• Monitor student-athletes' academic progress and ensure eligibility compliance.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined team culture.
• Ensure all safety protocols and injury procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with the Athletic Director and school staff to support student growth on and off the track.

• Experience:
  
  1-3 years of coaching (middle school level preferred).
• Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of track and field techniques, strategies, and regulations.
• Leadership:
  Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop student-athletes.
• Communication:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with students, staff, and families.
• Commitment:
  Passion for sports, education, and student success.

Salary: $50 - $60 per hour
