NY Enrichment Group is seeking a knowledgeable, organized, and dedicated Spanish Teacher to instruct 9th‑10th grade students. The instructor will deliver standards‑aligned Spanish language instruction, assess student progress, and prepare students for state language examinations. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, detail‑oriented, and experienced in classroom instruction and academic assessment.

• Teach Spanish language instruction aligned with grade‑level standards, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Develop and deliver lesson plans that prepare students for state Spanish examinations.
• Assign, collect, grade, and provide feedback on classwork, homework, quizzes, and assessments.
• Track student progress and adjust instruction to address learning gaps.
• Incorporate grammar, vocabulary, cultural studies, and conversational practice into lessons.
• Maintain classroom structure and a positive, respectful learning environment.
• Communicate with NYEG’s Director of Operations regarding curriculum pacing, materials, and student performance.

• Proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written).
• Experience teaching Spanish at the high school level or equivalent instructional experience.
• Ability to assess student work and prepare students for standardized/state exams.
• Strong classroom management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to work independently.

• 8:10 am – 9:15 am
• 2:15 pm – 3:57 pm
