Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended‑day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students.

Pay Rate: $17.00–$20.00 (based on education and experience)

Program

Hours:

Monday–Friday 2:25 pm–6:00 pm

• Daily Program Meetings:
  Each day, review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and maintain team accountability.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities:
  Prepare activities and curriculum that align with program objectives and are both educational and enjoyable.
• Lead by example:
  Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance and effective classroom management.
• Prioritize safety and joy:
  Monitor the environment, address hazards, and follow safety protocols; document attendance, incidents, and observations.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 2 years of experience with children under 13 years of age.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

• Meet state‑specific requirements.
• First Aid and CPR (in‑person).
• Cleared tuberculosis test.
• Proof of MMR.
• 18 + years of age.
• Proof of high school diploma/GED required.
• Substantial experience with children under 13 years of age (3–5 years).
