Pharos Academy Charter School is looking for a teacher who is an “uber” kid person. The ideal candidate absolutely loves to teach, train, and push students Lopes both academically and behaviorally. Students are taught non‑academic skills such as hard work, collaboration, kindness, and receiving feedback. All students are treated with dignity and the learning process embraces failure as a natural and welcomed part of growth.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and/or content related field of study (e.g., English, Mathematics, History, etc).

  • Experience working with school‑aged children in an academic or youth development setting.
  • Experienced teachers must show a proven track record of achievement in the classroom.
