STUDENT AMBASSADORS
The Admissions Department is looking for positive and high-energy students who want to share their AMDA experience with new and prospective students! Students will work both on campus and virtual events throughout the semester, including Open Houses, Accepted Student Receptions, Auditions and Tours. Employment in this department is open to students who will be 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th semesters the following semester.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Positively represent AMDA when working with students, parents, and families
- Share your AMDA experience with prospective families—you are the expert!
- Assist with on-campus events that occur about 4-6 Saturdays and/or Sundays a semester, including Open House, Accepted Students Reception, and Auditions
- Lead group tours on-campus independently and with other Student Ambassadors
- Host walk-in hours for prospective families that stop by campus for a drop-in tour
- Help provide event management for a successful visit for all families and students
- Help maintain admissions materials and media room
- Assist admissions staff with additional responsibilities
- Good academic standing
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail—must be self-motivated!
- Excited to share your AMDA experience with students looking to attend AMDA
- Ability to work as part of a team
- The pay range for this position is $17 an hour
