Rising Ground is hiring an Early Head Start Home Visitor to deliver services for infants and toddlers in New York City. The role centers on promoting early literacy, modeling reading, play, and conversations with families in play sessions across Rising Ground sites.
You will coordinate with parents to ensure prenatal well-child exams, immunizations, screenings, and nutrition assessments are complete with proper follow-up. Travel to multiple sites may be required.
