OVERVIEW Le Labo fragrances was born in Grasse (France), raised in New York (USA) and offers artisanal genderless scented creations (fine perfumery, home fragrance as well as formulas for body, hair, and face). Le Labo stands for  the lab  in French:
Each of our boutique’s function like an open laboratory designed as an entertainment park for the senses where people can take the time to smell and touch raw ingredients in order to awaken their olfactory system and trigger emotions. We freshly hand-blend our fragrances on site, to the order and each label is personalized with the date and place of the formulation as well as a message chosen by our client.

JOB SUMMARYLe Labo is seeking an Associate  to join the team. This execution-focused role supports the Director of  and global market teams in coordinating  launches, digital merchandising, sampling, and new retailer expansion. The Associate manages creative assets, product information, copy, and launch timelines while ensuring retailer sites are accurate, current, and aligned with brand guidelines. The role also tracks retailer performance and marketing placements, monitors ecommerce trends, and supports inventory and sales reporting.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative ecommerce marketer who can manage multiple priorities across regions while demonstrating a strong passion for luxury beauty and the Le Labo brand.

This role is based in our Williamsburg, Brooklyn office.

Job Description OVERVIEW OF

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is an execution-focused role, supporting the Director,  and market teams by coordinating  go-to-market initiatives, sampling, new product launches, and new door expansion.

GLOBAL PROJECTS Attend monthly meetings with all Markets and compile performance for business reviews for internal stakeholders.

Routinely QA and audit  sites to ensure assets, assortments, SRPs, and guidelines are up to date.

Track and compile all Global press mentions, social media, on-site, and email marketing placements from retailers

Identifying and reporting unauthorized retailers and counterfeit to  Director Monitor overall , Pure Play, and 3PP ecosystem and stay up to date on new retailer trends

Be open to ad hoc projects to help support the growing  business, including inventory and sales related reporting
