We are currently seeking a nurturing and imaginative Lead Teacher (Infant Toddler) to join our Early Childhood Education team.

At CMCS (Cardinal McCloskey Community Services) , our mission is to protect, empower, and promote independence for at-risk children and families and those with developmental disabilities through quality community-based services.

In this role, you'll care for and teach children ages six weeks to three years, while creating a safe, responsive, and developmentally rich environment. If you're passionate about early learning and want to make a lasting impact, this is your opportunity to lead with purpose.

• Provide high-quality care and education for infants and toddlers
• Implement integrated service delivery aligned with Head Start Performance Standards, DOH Article 47 Guidelines, and CMCS policies
• Recognize and support the individual needs of each child's culture, language, and abilities
• Establish daily routines and smooth transitions that foster emotional security
• Create nurturing, responsive interactions and environments
• Accurately document developmental progress using Teaching Strategies GOLD (TSG) and Child Plus on a weekly basis

• Caring, upbeat personality
• Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Early Childhood Development
• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education with eligibility for a study plan
• Previous experience in a Head Start Program or other Early Childhood setting preferred
• Minimum two years' experience preferred
