- Experience teaching aerospace engineering, robotics, software development, or STEM-related courses.
- Familiarity with hands‑on training methods and industry‑specific learning needs.
- Ability to customize content to suit professionals from diverse technical backgrounds.
- 5 or more years teaching experience.
- 5 or more years in technology related filed.
- 5 or more years in lesson planning or curriculum development.
