Lighthouse Christian Preschool is seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our faith-based learning community.

We provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children develop academically, socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
Responsibilities- Create a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
- Plan and implement engaging learning experiences that support children's growth and development.
- Incorporate Christian values, Bible lessons, and prayer into daily classroom activities.
- Supervise children at all times while maintaining compliance with Florida licensing standards.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and learning materials.
- Observe and document children's progress and communicate with families as needed.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development.
- Follow all Lighthouse Christian Preschool policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or GED required;
Degree, CDA or Early Childhood Education credentials preferred. - Experience working with young children is preferred.
- Must be able to successfully complete all required background screenings.
- Must meet or be willing to complete all Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) training requirements.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills.
- Dependable, positive, and professional with a genuine love for children.
