Job Title: Classroom Hero (Per Diem Paraprofessional)

Schedule: Per Diem (Work when you wantno minimum shifts required!)

Looking for a flexible job where you can make a difference and control your schedule? As a Per Diem Paraprofessional, youll step in to support classrooms as neededkind of like an educational superhero on call. No minimum shift commitment means you pick up work when it fits your life.

• Jumping into classrooms to assist teachers and keep things running smoothly
• Supporting students one-on-one or in small groups
• Helping maintain a positive, structured classroom environment
• Assisting students with special needs and following IEP guidelines
• Pitching in with classroom prep, organization, and daily activities
• Bringing patience, adaptability, and maybe a little humor to each day

• At least 48 college credits
  , or
• An associates degree (or higher), or
• A passing score on the ATAS (Assessment of Teaching Assistant Skills)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and reliability (you choose your shifts, but when you commitwe count on you!)
• A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

• Have experience working with children or in schools
• Are comfortable supporting students with diverse learning needs
• Speak multiple languages

• Ultimate flexibilityno minimum shift requirement
