Job Description:
Poplar Springs School has an opening for a JV Cheer Coach [Supplement] in the school year.
Applicants must have an Athletic Coaching certificate OR a valid Florida Teaching Certificate in appropriate area OR hold OR be eligible to hold a valid Florida Temporary Certificate with appropriate certification. The following qualifications are required:
- Completed at least two years of study at an institution of higher education;
- Obtained an associate’s degree or higher;
- Met a rigorous standard of quality demonstrating, through formal state or local academic assessment, knowledge of and the ability to assist in the instruction of reading, writing, and mathematics. (Florida uses the ETS Para Pro Assessment to meet this qualification. Passing score is 464.)
