Per Diem Visitation Coaches to support safe, positive, and nurturing family interactions.

In this rewarding role, you'll help strengthen family connections by supervising and documenting visits and fostering a supportive environment where children and caregivers can build and maintain meaningful relationships.

Pay Rate: $20.50/hour

Visitation Coaches partner with the biological families of children who are placed in foster care, providing guidance and assistance to the biological parent(s), helping them to develop their parenting skills, therebyimprovingtheirrelationshipswiththeirchildren,andtheirqualityoflife.

• Scheduling andsupervisingvisitsofnon-custodialparentswiththeirchildren
• Teaching, reviewingandmonitoringappropriateparentingskills
• Intervening withtheparent(s) toreinforcepositiveparentingskilldevelopment
• Documentation ofvisitationandcommunicationwith the assigned
  
  Case Planner
• Performsallotherjob-relateddutiesassignedbysupervisor

Associates Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

1-2 years of knowledge of child development, family dynamics, parenting education preferred
