Conduent State & Local Solutions, Inc is seeking an onsite Trainer IV in Latham, NY to lead classroom training for groups of 25-30 new call center employees, teaching products, systems, client tools, and processes. You will monitor trainee performance, provide coaching, and support new hires through training and nesting to ensure successful graduation.
You will oversee training records and use Excel for performance reporting, with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM,
