Hear from our Parents:

Anna & Jack’s Treehouse is a family owned and operated early childhood education company with centers currently located in New York and Hawaii. We pride ourselves on creating warm, joyful, and enriching environments for children, families, and staff alike.

Is This You?

• You have a true love and passion for working with children and inspiring a lifelong love of learning
• You’re feeling unfulfilled at your current daycare or preschool and want more growth, support, and appreciation
• You value work life balance, love to travel, and enjoy quality time with friends and family
• You aspire to grow, whether that means becoming a Lead Teacher, Director, or even owning your own daycare center one day

If this sounds like you, Anna & Jack’s Treehouse may feel like home.

Why Join the Treehouse Family?

We are deeply committed to investing in our educators. Anna & Jack’s Treehouse offers some of the best growth opportunities in the early childhood education industry. Interested and qualified teachers are supported on a path to:

• Strengthen and refine their teaching skills
• Learn the business side of early childhood education
• Grow into leadership roles, or even open their own Treehouse center under our umbrella

Many of our teachers enjoy generous flexibility and unlimited vacation days, and even more importantly, they become part of a community where they are valued, supported, and celebrated.

Teachers and families who join us often say the same thing:

Once you’re part of the Treehouse, you’re family, forever.

Award-Winning Care

We are proud to share that our New Rochelle and Pelham locations have won the “Best of Westchester” award five times, a testament to the care, quality, and community we provide.
