As a Tutor, you'll work with a diverse group of students in assigned schools to deliver high-quality reading and mathematics support in a small-group learning environment. You'll plan effective tutoring, track progress, maintain a positive learning environment, and partner with school personnel, supervisors, and families.

• High school diploma; college credits preferred
• At least 1 year of tutoring experience
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site school assignment

• Plan and deliver effective tutoring in a small-group setting
• Track and monitor student progress
• Use effective classroom management to maintain a safe and positive learning environment
• Attend staff meetings and collaborate with the educational team
• Complete required administrative tasks
