Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a hands-on Early Learning Director / Lead Teacher to lead our Preschool classroom at the Early Learning Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. The role is primarily classroom-based, with 80–90% of the day in ratio with children and smaller blocks for administration.
The ideal candidate has experience leading a preschool program, strong observation and assessment skills, and the ability to collaborate with families and staff in a team-based environment.
