Description
The Department of Chemistry and Physical Sciences PLV at Pace University seeks a part-time adjunct instructor with teaching or professional experience in Pharmaceutical Science and/ or Chemical Biology.
Responsibilities- Teaches introductory and intermediate-level courses in the discipline. (ex:
Fundamentals of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Fundamentals of Chemical Biology, Pharmaceutics, Bioinformatics). - Plans, organizes, and delivers lessons.
- Provides feedback to students to promote academic success.
- Must have a minimum of a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and/or Chemical Biology related fields.
- Research and development experience preferred.
- Prior teaching experience at the higher education level preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- From the NYC region and northern suburbs, as this is an on-campus position.
