Elementary Special Education Teacher

• Demonstrate being a team player while working with grade level teams to support students.

• NYSED Special Education Certification, Students with Disabilities birth-grade 2, grades 1-6, all grades, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of developing and implementing IEPs, creating goals and monitoring the progress of the goals through intensive intervention and data collection.
• Knowledge of student disabilities and aligned strategies to support the various disabilities.
