Career Education Administrator

NYU's Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity for a Career Education Administrator on our Careers Team that supports our MBA, MS, and alumni populations. The incumbent will coordinate, deliver, track, and advise on career education programming and resources related to preparing students for their job searches. They will research special topics (job search strategies) and collaborate with department leadership on curriculum for workshops.

They will also identify, collect, synthesize and analyze program and workshop feedback and other data; identify trends and generate reports on a weekly, monthly and/or semester basis and make recommendations to facilitate decision making. They will plan, implement, and lead special career events; create communications; manage operating budgets for relevant career resources and supervise consultants and staff.

The selected candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant professional-level experience, including relevant experience in a recruiting or academic environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The candidate will also have excellent organizational, communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skill; ability to interact with a diverse population at all levels; ability to supervise staff and manage budgets and knowledge of standard office software.

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $77,000 to USD $80,200. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
