POSITION:
French-Speaking Substitute Teacher (3rd & 5th Grade)
Location:
New York, NY
Start Date:
ASAP (Monday-Friday)
Type:
Substitute Assignment Time: 8:00AM-3:15
PMRate: $27 an hour Responsibilities:
Teach 5th Grade Social Studies in French Teach 3rd Grade Science and Math in French Deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons in a dual-language environment
Maintain strong classroom management and student engagement
Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of instruction
Qualifications:
Fluency in French (required)
Prior teaching experience (elementary preferred)
Bachelor’s Degree requiredNYS Certification preferred but not required
Must be comfortable teaching core subjects entirely in French Must have DOE Fingerprinting
