Army MWR Fort Drum is seeking a Pre-Kindergarten Program Associate to support the Strong Beginnings program. You will motivate children in kindergarten readiness activities, supervise groups in line with DoD and Army policies, and collaborate with school officials to ensure smooth transitions to Kindergarten.
Candidates must meet education requirements, hold a CDA or equivalent credential, and be prepared for a 18‑month group childcare background. Training and IDP tracking are required.
