Currently expanding our company scale, we specialize in exporting products to European and American markets, catering to high-end clientele such as European royal families and Hollywood celebrities in the United States.
Position Title:Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Responsibilities:- Technical Strategy Planning:
Develop and implement the company’s technical strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Product Research & Development Management:
Lead the research and development of baby and children’s vehicles, ensuring product safety, innovation, and market relevance. - Team Management:
Build and manage the technical team, including R&D, testing, and operations, enhancing team efficiency and productivity. - Technical Architecture Design:
Be responsible for designing the technical architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and stability of systems. - Project Management:
Oversee technical projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. - Technical
Collaboration:
Collaborate with external technology partners to introduce advanced technologies and enhance product competitiveness. - Quality Control:
Establish a quality control system to ensure products meet relevant standards and regulations. - Budget Management:
Formulate and manage the budget for the technology department, optimizing resource utilization and expenditure. - Market Research:
Keep abreast of industry technology trends, driving technological innovation and adoption within the company. - Risk Management:
Identify and address technical risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
- A strong background in technology, preferably with experience in the baby products or consumer goods industry.
- Proven leadership skills in managing large technical teams and multi-disciplinary projects.
- Expertise in technology strategy, product development, and system architecture.
- Familiarity with international quality standards and compliance requirements for baby products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- A passion for technology and a commitment to delivering high-quality, safe products for infants and children.
