US.Asa Team Lead ,youwilloverseetheend-to-endengineeringoperationssupportanddevelopmentactivitiesforthe
Lalamove
USmarket.
Yoursuccessinthisrolewilldependonyourclosecollaborationwithvarious Engineering teams,localoperations,product managers,andinfrastructureteams.
Youarealsoexpectedtobehands-oninthisleadershiprole.
Youwillleadthelocal
USengineeringteam,includingexternalconsultants,toprovidecomprehensivetechnicalsupportforour
USoperationsandcontributetoapplicationandmonitoringfunctionalitydevelopment.
Thispositionrequiresalignmentwiththe
Engineeringteamat
HQforresourceplanning,task management,and execution.
Ahands-onapproachtosolvingtechnicalissuesrelatedtothe
USdatacenterandoperationsisessential.
- Developandnurtureadiverseteamthatalignswithlocalbusinessneedsandthe
HQengineeringroadmap. - Coaching,mentoring,motivating,andsupervisingteammembers.
- Workcloselywith Senior Management ,localoperations,andproductmanagementtoanticipateoperationalsupportandcapacityrequirements.
- Ensureourtechoperations,datamanagementandaccesscomplianttothelocalregulations.
- Provenabilitytocollaboratewithseniormanagement,localoperations,andproductmanagementtoensurealignmentwithtechnicalvisionandsmoothoperationalsupport.
- Preferencetohave
CISMcertificateorequivalentexperience.
Wemayuseartificialintelligence(AI) toolstosupportpartsofthehiringprocess,suchasreviewingapplications,analyzingresumes,orassessingresponses.
Thesetoolsassistourrecruitmentteambutdonotreplacehumanjudgment.
