$70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

The Project Development Associate will support project development efforts, including solar site assessments, permitting document preparation, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires prioritization, multitasking, effective communication, and organization.

• Assist Developers and Directors in project tasks with accuracy and organization.
• Evaluate site viability through visits and document reviews.
• Engage with landowners and assist with land and permit documents.
• Manage project files, budgets, and records.
• Coordinate utility interconnection and community outreach activities.
• Support other project development tasks as needed.

• 1-3 years in renewable energy development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GIS, project management tools, and Salesforce.
• Self-motivated with good prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of real estate titles and land documentation.
