HDR’s Water Business Group is growing, and we are looking for experienced Project Managers to help lead our programs forward. This is an exciting opportunity to join our 100% employee-owned firm in an influential leadership role with opportunities across the US.

• Be the cornerstone of project delivery by overseeing small-scale, single-discipline planning efforts and large, multi-disciplinary design projects.
• Plan, direct, and manage projects across the project lifecycle while maintaining attention to detail and strong client relationships.
• Lead internal and external meetings, workshops, and technical discussions to align stakeholders and drive progress.
• Interface with governing agencies during project reviews and permitting processes.
• Track project budgets, monitor financial performance, and coordinate resources to keep deliverables on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with project controllers, business group leaders, and accounting teams to provide regular status updates and financial reviews.
• Perform technical analyses and prepare clear, concise engineering reports.
• Mentor and provide leadership to junior engineers with a focus on water/wastewater engineering expertise.
• Support firm-wide initiatives and perform additional responsibilities as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 7 years related experience
• At least 2 years of project management experience
• Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license
• MS Office and MS Project experience required (Access experience a plus)
• Demonstrated leadership skills

The compensation range for this position is $103,000 - $205,000 depending on skills and location.
