BESS Project Manager Europe

Due to the company’sgrowth, we are looking for:

• Managing energy storage projects.
• Creating schedules, monitoring budgets, and ensuring timely project delivery.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, including contractors, energy system operators, and local authorities.
• Overseeing technical specifications and project documentation.
• Managing project risks and identifying optimal technical and organizational solutions.
• Monitoring project progress.
• Tracking market trends and regulatory developments in the energy storage sector.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable standards, norms, and health and safety regulations.
• Coordinating tasks related to the commercialization of energy storage projects, including managing Capacity Market processes (Certifications, Auctions, Investment Reports, Milestones)

• At least 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy or renewable energy sector.
• Knowledge of BESS systems and their integration with the energy grid.
• Understanding of topics related to the commercialization of energy storage in the Capacity Market framework.
• Higher technical education (preferred: electrical engineering, energy, civil engineering, or related fields).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Negotiation, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with local regulations related to the construction and operation of energy storage systems is a plus
