Site Engineer – Industrial Construction Projects

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. This role is critical in maintaining project timelines, budget adherence, and delivering high-quality industrial infrastructure solutions.

• Supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring project schedules are adhered to.

• Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all local and national regulations.

• Prepare, review, and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.

• Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and ensure adherence to design specifications.

• Assist in project planning, cost estimation, and resource allocation.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, progress records, and incident reports.

• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site efficiently and effectively.

• Liaise with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and implement requested changes.

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of industrial construction processes, standards, and techniques.

• Proficient in construction project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage multi-disciplinary teams.

• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control standards, and environmental guidelines.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in industrial construction projects.

• Proven track record in successfully managing large-scale industrial projects from start to finish.

• Full-time position with standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

• Flexibility required for site visits and project deadlines, including occasional weekends.

• Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices.

• Ability to read, interpret, and apply engineering drawings and specifications.
